I have a master's degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from San Diego State University. I am an AFAA  certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, an NASM certified personal trainer and certified exercise specialist, and a Peak Pilates certified Pilates instructor. With over 20 years of experience, I will take a fun, creative, holistic approach to helping you achieve your goals. You will feel great from head to toe!


Class schedule is as follows:

Mat Pilates: Mondays 9:00-10:00 am, Thursdays 8:00-9:00 am

This class follows the classical Pilates format.  Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this is a great class for you.

Circuit Training: Wednesdays 9:00-10:00 am, Fridays  8:30-9:30 am

This class offers a full body strengthening workout!  We will use the big bouncy ball and some exercise bands.  If you don't have a ball, I will provide modifications using either a chair or the floor.  If you don't have bands, you can easily use hand weights, soup cans, or even a water bottle to do most exercises.  Be ready to sweat!

All classes are $6 per class.  You can pay for individual classes or for multiple classes at a time.  Payments can be made via paypal using the shopping list below (you can also pay with credit or debit card).

*If you have not used Zoom before, I encourage you to get on the Zoom website or download the Zoom app prior to class time in order to figure out how it works.
